The First AI program (ELIZA) on Solana is an innovative project leveraging advanced artificial intelligence technology to provide an online electronic therapist chatbot, aiming to support users in exploring and processing their emotions and experiences. Eliza, the chatbot, interacts exclusively in English and assists users in delving into their feelings, offering emotional support and aiding in emotional digestion. The platform prioritizes user privacy, assuring that input is neither recorded nor stored. Users can engage in single, complete English sentences to communicate their feelings or participate in exercises designed to work through emotions. To end a session with Eliza, users may enter ‘Stop,’ ‘Bye,’ or ‘Quit,’ prompting the chatbot to bid farewell, or initiate a new session by typing ‘Restart’ or ‘Renew.’ Additionally, users can request Eliza to repeat specific questions to delve deeper into particular subjects. The software is a modified and expanded version of the original Elizabot by Norbert Landsteiner, based on the original Eliza program by Joseph Weizenbaum (1966), with the current software version being 2.2.11, last updated on 22 Jul 2024. The project demonstrates an intriguing application of AI and chatbot technology to support mental wellness and emotional exploration. The project seeks to provide a valuable resource for individuals seeking emotional support and introspection through innovative AI technology. The platform’s commitment to privacy and emotional well-being aligns with a growing societal emphasis on mental health and self-care.
